We require a non-refundable deposit for parties larger than 3, this amount will be credited towards total due at check in.
Deposits are non-refundable when cancellations are made less than 24 hours prior to your booking
We are currently only accepting reservations for up to 6 guests per hour
All guests must be 10 years or older to participate
Completed Candle Bar candles are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Liability waivers must be signed by all parties prior to participating

For guests under 16 years of age, the presence of an adult throughout the Candle Bar experience is mandatory. Please ensure you arrive promptly at your designated reservation time, as we are unable to guarantee reservations 15 minutes beyond the specified start time.
