This is a general interest role for future openings.

Position: Experience Bar Host / Studio Associate

Employment Type

  • Part-Time (Fridays & Saturdays, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM)

Compensation

  • $18 per hour + tips

Qualifications

  • Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Comfortable working with fragrances, hot wax, and hands-on activities

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

  • Friday and Saturday availability preferred

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Retail, hospitality, or creative workshop experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (wax boxes, supplies, inventory)

  • Comfortable working around heat, hot wax, and fragrance oils

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions (pouring, labeling, cleaning, setting up stations)

  • Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the studio

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and create a warm, welcoming experience from check-in to checkout

  • Guide customers through the different experiences we offer. 

  • Educate guests on fragrance blending, safety, and product care

  • Prepare and clean stations before and after experiences and dishes.

  • Assist with pouring, labeling, packaging, and inventory

  • Support private parties, workshops, and special events

  • Operate POS system and process payments

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio

  • Uphold brand standards and provide exceptional customer service

  • Quarterly training to learn about new experiences/fragrances we offer.
