RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

In consideration of participating in any workshop or class offered by Brite Candle Co. LLC, I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brite Candle Co. LLC and its employees against any and all claims for personal injuries or damages arising from said participation, including the resulting products.

I fully comprehend and acknowledge that the workshops at Brite Candle Co. may entail inherent risks, dangers, and hazards that could lead to injury or illness. Therefore, I willingly and voluntarily release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Brite Candle Co. from any claims, actions, or losses related to bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, or any other liability arising from my participation in workshops or classes, the resulting products, or the use of equipment provided by Brite Candle Co.

MEDICAL ATTENTION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I acknowledge that in the event of an allergic reaction or skin irritation, whether experienced by myself or any participating minor, arising from exposure to fragrance oils or materials during or after the candle or soap making  event, I absolve and release Brite Candle Co., along with its owners or employees, from any and all liability. I understand that this release extends to any conditions or consequences requiring medical attention.

HAZARD ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

​

I am aware of the inherent risks associated with the candle or soap making process, including potential allergic reactions, skin irritation, and exposure to materials. I understand that melted soy wax can reach temperatures of up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and hot equipment such as glue and pouring pots poses risks. It is my responsibility, as well as that of any participating minors, to exercise caution.

Brite Candle Co., LLC, and its employees are not liable for any personal injury or damages suffered in connection with the event premises or participation in activities. While every effort is made by Brite Candle Co., LLC, and its employees to ensure safety during the event and workshops, I accept that personal responsibility is paramount.

PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT

Brite Candle Co. reserves the right to utilize photographs, videos, and other media captured during classes, workshops, and events for promotional materials and social media purposes. By registering for candle-making classes or private events, individuals grant Brite Candle Co., LLC permission to employ these images without requiring additional consent or compensation.
