Brite Candle Co. brings the fragrance bar experience directly to your event across the Phoenix metro and all of Arizona - no host required. Our DIY Blend Bar rental is perfect for bachelorette parties, bridal showers, birthday parties, girls nights, and corporate team building events.

 

Choose from our Perfume Kit, Perfume Oil Kit, or Car Diffuser Kit, and let your guests blend and create their own custom scents with everything they need right at their station.

We drop off all rental stations before your event and pick everything up after so you get a premium fragrance experience without the coordination.

What's Included in Your Rental

Every kit includes:

• 10 curated scent options to explore and blend

• Testing strips to smell and compare before committing

• Your choice of 3 bottle styles

• Base

• Beakers and stir sticks for blending

• Individual guest stations with a tray for each workspace

• Step-by-step instruction cards so everyone knows exactly what to do

All rental items are collected at pickup following your event. The only things your guests keep are their finished creations.

Want the full bar experience? Add our Bar Top Rental for $300 - we set up our complete styled bar with all scent testers fully displayed, so your guests get the look and feel of the real thing, completely self-guided. Included in your drop-off and pickup.

Charm Bar Add-on

​

The perfect finishing touch.

Guests select their own charm accessory to pair with their perfume bottle or car diffuser. Each guest selects two charms from a curated collection of initials, florals, and girly accents, then assembles them into a personalized keepsake. All charm bar materials - pliers, loops, and charms are included in your rental and collected at pickup.

What's NOT Included: Decor, tablecloths, and displays are not provided with station rentals. This kit is designed for ingredient and station rental only. If you want the full visual setup, the Bar Top Rental has you covered.​​​​​

Station Rental Starting at $35 per guest

Bar Top Rental Add-On $300 flat fee

Charm Bar Add-On $5 per guest

A $100 refundable equipment deposit is required to secure your rental date. This deposit is returned in full following pickup, provided all rental items are returned undamaged. You will receive a confirmation and invoice within 24 hours of submitting your request.
